WALES is part of the UK!

Isn’t it amazing how so many people who have UK Visas never think of ever visiting other countries within the UK except LONDON. Some don’t even remember that the UK VISA covers four countries in all. PLEASE be reminded that your UK Visa grants you access to ENGLAND - London, NORTHERN ISLAND - Belfast, SCOTLAND Edinburgh and WALES Cardiff.

So many travellers who visit the UK for vacation and pleasure so to say just go to LONDON ONLY. Some have multiple entry Visas valid for 2 – 10 years and all they think of is LONDON. How about spending sometime in these other UK countries! WALES FOR EXAMPLE!

WALES is a UK nation and also the Island of Great Britain. Its capital is Cardiff. It is a very mountainous country with changeable maritime weather. It is one of the wettest countries in Europe but very cosy and warm during summers which is between May and August.

Wales is one country in the UK that looks very different from England. It is a historical nation and home to a lot of historical books and best sellers. It is a good place for study and they are proud to have their own language asides English. The people of Wales speak both Welsh and English.

They have national parks, beaches, shopping malls, light-trains, and the houses are not all bricks. It is quite beautiful.

There are some splendid places to visit in WALES that will atleast give you a different feel of the UK.

While majority of the mines and quarries have been closed down, the narrow-gauge railways that was used to transfer goods and the Victorian-era tourists around the country have been restored and is now used to get about. You could get on one of the steam train and catch a glimpse of the Wales landmarks such as mountains, seaside towns and castles. It is actually a fun experience.

Caernarfon Castle Built in the 13th century and is one of the largest in the country. it has 13 towers and 2 gates and is recognized as one of the most impressive and best preserved medieval fortressess in Europe.

Portmeirion – this is one beautiful spot you must visit in Wales. It is a superb hotel resort designed to resemble a quaint Italian fishing village. It has very awesome magnificent gardens, fountains and even a church. It is a regular location for numerous films and TV programs.

Conwy – Conwy is on the north coast of Wales and very close to Manchester. This place is just a summary of a day of superb adventure. It has stunning castle, medieval architecture, great shopping experience, the Conwy River with its suspension bridge, Conwy’s only surviving merchant’s house, the Elizabethan Plas Mawr and the Smallest House in Great Britain. A whole lot of amazing adventure you will have in Conwy.

Shopping malls and High end galleries

Wales is home to various shopping malls which have designer brands and bargain shops whatever your budget is.

The malls have Cafes and Bars. Enjoy window shopping, the beauty of the massive malls and of course take selfies. It also has High end streets where you can get Wales’s souvenirs and other affordable stuffs. You could also chillax in one of the cafeterias and enjoy their cuisines and also English breakfast.

There are so many other places of fun to visit such as Anglesey, Pembrokeshire Coast, Snowdonia. They have cafeterias, bars, beaches, town malls, cinema places where you can chillax with your family, friends, partners, colleagues and even have a me-alone adventure.

It doesn’t have to be London all the time, visit WALES with your UK VISA and have an unusual travel experience.
